Oxfam bookshop, London
This was taken yesterday in Oxfam’s Marylebone High Street shop for the launch of Oxfam Bookfest, at which I was working. Joanna Trollope was actually volunteering in the shop for the media launch, organising books on the shelves fastidiously and assiduously. When I saw her book on the end of one of rows, with the customers in the background, it seemed an appropriate photo to mark the occasion. I like the tagline on the front of the book – it suits the photo somehow.
