Ashmolean Museum, Oxford
Another one from the new Ashmolean, which shows off how well they’ve thought through the lighting: the shadows cast on the floor here were actually more attractive than the contents of the display case themselves. Apparently the Queen is actually coming to open the museum officially today, so that’ll be nice. Consider this post my slightly rubbish tribute to the Queen.
Ah, that explains why they were shutting down the centre of town while I was walking to work this morning.
