Telegraph poles, Shotover, Oxford
The first photo of 2010, from a beautiful but ABSOLUTELY FREEZING New Year’s Day up on Shotover in Oxford. At the point I took this photo, I think my hands were so cold it was actually painful to hold the camera. But what a lovely like of telegraph poles this is, with the thin winter sky behind them. In other news, I’m not sure how long it’ll last, but I’ve started a Photo 365 project, in which I plan to take at least one photo every single day this year, and produce a 365-photo record of the sights of my year. You can laugh at how soon I give up on this foolhardy venture over here.
